Register with a deposit of $100 by December 1st to get the EARLYBIRD discount of $30. Price for housing and 6 delicious meals starting with Friday dinner is $430.00.

WHO MAY ATTEND:

We believe that trans women are women, without exception. We believe that gender-expansive, nonbinary, or two-spirit people who feel most comfortable in/identify with women’s spaces should be welcomed and included in our work. When we say women+, we include these people. Adopted from UU Women's Federation by consensus, March 2025

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the event cancels you will get a full refund; otherwise cancellation/refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and none will be honored except for hardship after February 1, 2026. SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships up to $200 may be available depending on income from signups. If you require a scholarship, please email our treasurer BY DECEMBER 15 directly, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and explain your hardship. Decisions will be made in mid-December at the earliest.

Meals are buffet style but we'd appreciate knowing of any specific needs.

As needed Enchanted Hills will provide motorized transport to the Dining Hall and Kiva for scheduled events that is wheelchair accessible. Most lodging including bathrooms is also wheelchair accessible.
